Suitable Applications
Tile Types
Suitable for ceramic slabs and sintered stone with water absorption ≥0.1%. When used with Weber two-component tile primer, it can be applied to all types of slabs. All materials must comply with GB/T 4100-2015 standards.
Substrates
Compatible with stable, non-deformable substrates like concrete, cement screed, concrete panels, and masonry. Surfaces must be treated with a primer (e.g., Weber PW700 Multi-Surface Primer) and be solid and even.
Environments
For indoor use only. Applicable in residential (e.g., living rooms, bedroom walls) and commercial settings (e.g., hotel lobbies, showrooms) for wall and floor installations of large slabs.
Application Guide
Tools Required
Notched trowel (8mm tooth size recommended), rubber mallet, electric mixer, mixing bucket, 2m straightedge.
Working Conditions
Apply at 5°C–35°C. Avoid rain, frost, strong wind, or direct sunlight. Protect fresh installations from disturbance to ensure proper curing.
Substrate Preparation
Application Steps
Slab Preparation
Clean slab backs thoroughly to remove dust, powder, or residues. Light grinding or water washing may be used. Ensure backs are dry and contaminant-free.
Mixing
Slowly add 25kg of powder into 5.7–6.2L of clean water. Mix with an electric mixer to a smooth, lump-free paste. Let slake for 3 minutes, then remix briefly.
Installation
Thin-Bed Method
Apply adhesive to the substrate with a notched trowel on flat, plumb surfaces.

Double-Buttering
Apply adhesive to both the substrate and slab back if the substrate is uneven.

Keep adhesive thickness below 8mm
Press and adjust slabs to ensure full contact and alignment. Maintain 2–3mm joint width.

Curing & Grouting
Use mixed mortar within 3 hours. Avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight. Grout with Weber Colored Grout after 1–2 days.

Packaging
25kg bags. Meets JC/T 547-2017 C2TE51 standards for flexible tile adhesives.
Shelf Life
1 year in unopened packaging under normal storage conditions.
Storage
Keep dry (RH <70%) and protect from moisture during transport and storage. For long-term storage, reinforce with PE film covering to prevent moisture absorption.
